Why Not the GOP?

We maintain that the GOP is no longer an acceptable vehicle to carry the banner of Pro-Life, morality, traditional family values, constitutionalism, and good old-fashioned American patriotism.  We maintain this for many reasons.  We site some of them here, along with links to documents that serve as examples of the reasons we give.  If these can be proven wrong, we invite your insight so that we might more accurately articulate our position.

The GOP is a sinking ship.  The Constitution Party now stands where many good GOP members wish their party stood.  Why wait?  Align your membership with your principles.  Join the Constitution Party.

  1. GOP leadership only gives lip service to the Pro-Life cause, turning a deaf ear to America's child-killing industry.

  2. GOP leadership now accepts the gay agenda and its redefinition of the traditional meaning of family and marriage.

  3. Like the Democrats, the GOP is guilty of rigging the next election and turning our representative form of government on its head.

  4. GOP shakers and movers, including former administration personalities, are pushing for the power to appoint legislators, thus denying the people the privilege to select their own representatives in certain situations.

  5. The GOP Bush administration has taken away liberties through the USA Patriot Act, and is now pushing for a Patriot Act II to further tighten the federal government's grip on people.

And this is just the beginning. We encourage you to return to this site periodically to view additional articles which substantiate this sad reality about the GOP.
